Pazham Pori(banana Fry)

This is an authentic kerala special. I love this since my childhood and i can say this is my all time favourite snack i love to have with an evening tea. Very easy and tastey.

Ingredients: 
Ripe Plantain Bananas- 5 nos
All Purpose Flour- 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Sugar- 5 Tbsp
Salt- a pinch
Turmeric Powder- a pinch(just to give an yellow tint)
Oil- for deep frying
Directions: 
Peel,cut and slice bananas to 5-6 inches long and keep aside
Mix maida,water,sugar,salt and turmeric powder and make a medium thick batter
Heat oil i a deep kadai and wait until oil gets ready for deep frying
Put the banana slices in the maida batter
Take one by one and put it in hot oil for deep frying
Turn both sides to make sure all the sides are well cooked and becomes golden colour
Serve hot.
