Ingredients: 
Beaten Rice(Chiwra) 200gms / 7 ounce
Mustard Oil / refined oil 4 Tablespoon
Onion 1 large one
Peanuts 2 Tablespoon
Curry Leaves 4 leaves
Green Peas 4 Tablespoon
Green Chillis 2 Pieces
Salt 1 tablespoon
Turmeric 1/2 tablespoon
Coriander Leaves for Garnishing (chopped)
Directions: 
First Cut onion and green chillies in small pieces. Then Wash the beaten rice and keep aside.
Take a pan and heat oil, put curry leaves and then add onions and chillies. Fry till onions turn golden brown. Add peas and peanuts. Stir a little.
Add the beaten rice, salt and turmeric.
Cook for 2 minutes and garnish it with fresh coriander.
