Poha Modak ( Beaten Rice Modak)
Chiwra (poha) - 1 cup Powder
Ghee. - 3 Tbsp
Kali Mirchi (Black pepper) - 1 tsp Powder form
Chota Elaichi (Cardamom) - 2 nos powder form
Clove - 2 nos powder form
Kaphur (Camphor) - 1/2 tsp
Coconut scrape- 1/2 cup
Sugar free- 2 tbs.
Mix all the ingredients one by one then rub this mixture by palms at least 5 minutes.
Make a well at the Centre of the poha powder. Add ghee, grated coconut, sugar free Nutrela, kaphur and masala powder into it and rub the mixture by your fingers and make into a dough.
Grease the MODAK maker and stuff the mixture powder and make a poha MODAK ready to serve.
