Potato Fries ( French Fries)
2 Potatoes – peeled and cut into strips
Salt - to taste
Oil - to deep fry
Add salt into the potatoes, mix well and spare it for 5 mins.
Use towel to soak the water from potatoes
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add the potatoes and fry it until it turns golden.
Remove from oil and drain onto paper towels
Serve hot with ketchup
