Prawn Lime Curry

Simple yet healthy recipe for your evenings..

1 cup medium sized Prawns
2 lemons
1 Onion
1tsp Ginger garlic paste
1tsp Garam masala
1tsp Coriander powder
Pinch Turmeric
Salt to taste
2tsp Oil
Few Bay leaves
In a pan pour oil and add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and masala and mix well for 10minutes
When this turns brown add cleaned prawns and bay leaves and close the lid. Cook for 10 minutes.
Off the flame and add lime juice and salt.
Serve hot with rice or chappatis.
