Quick Banana Kheer (indian Pudding)

I was at a loss what to do with the ripe bananas I had, so I came up with this recipe. It is very easy to cook and it is a nutritious dessert.

4 to 5 ripe Bananas
1 and 1/2 cup milk ( adjust milk to get required consistency of your choice)
Sugar to taste
1tsp Nutmeg powder
1/4th cup golden Raisins
Grated or slivered nuts of choice (I have used ground Pistachios)
Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
Add milk and stir.
Add rest of the ingredients except the nuts, stir to mix.
Now transfer it to serving bowl and then sprinkle the nuts on the top. Serve Chilled.
If you like you may add saffron with the milk. I did not add it.
