Gajar ( Carrots) - 250 grams
Milk maid - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Raisins - 1/4 cup
Cashew - 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Grate the gajar and pressure cook up to 1 whistle without any water
Drain the excess water .
Now heat ghee in a wide pan and add the gajar. Sauté for few seconds and then add the milk maid, cashew, raisins, cardamom powder and sugar.
Mix well . Put the gas on medium heat and keep stirring till the required consistency is reached.
Add some ghee or oil while pressure cooking carrots .
