Madhura rai's Secret Indian Recipe !

Preparation Time: 

Tomatoes(riped) 04,Green chillies(suit your spice need) 3,curry leaves,coriander,zeera,oil,salt.
cook the tomatoes and chillies in little water till they are soft and the outer peel is cracked, once cooled blend them to a thick paste and set aside,now in a kadai heat oil and add zeera and smashed garlic and once the garlic aroma oozes out, add chopped onions and fry till golden brown now add the tomato puree and salt and add little water(preferably the tomato cooked water) and salt and let it boil for a while and if you feel it's less spicy add slit green chillies and boil till the chillies are cooked and once done switch off the flame and tamper with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice
