This Potato recipe is quite famous in UP. It tastes amazing with Poori. This is a special to me as it has been taught to me by my grand Nani and Mother.
Tomato -3 -puree
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil-1 tbl spoon
Boil the potatoes.
Heat oil in a Kadhai and add Hing, Cumin Seeds, ginger paste and curd.
Saute the Ginger for a mintue and then add Red chilli powder, tomato puree, salt, turmeric powder, Amchoor and Kasoori methi.
Take the boiled potatoes peel them and break in small pieces as we cut with the knife .
Add the Potatoes and mix the ingredients nicely, It is ready to serve.
Break the boiled potatoes with hand it will be soft as compared to knife cut potatoes.
