Rajagra Banana Puri

Rajagra is a millet with lot of fibers. It is basically consumed across rural areas of Gujarat. This particular recipe is sweet and salty.

Very Easy

Rajagara flour 1 cup
1 Ripe Banana
Ginger Green Chilies paste to taste
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
Mix the rajagara flour with mashed ripe banana, salt, green chilies ginger paste and make bit hard dough.
Divide into equal sized baal and roll out in puris.
Deep fry at medium flame till it turns out brown.
Serve it with curd,
