Rajma Onion Tikki Snacks

This is an excellent tea time snack.I'm sure you'll will love this.Extremely protein rich and nutritive.

1cup pressure cooked rajma
1 big chopped onion
3green chillies
1 medium cup of besan/gram flour
1tsp chilly powder
A pinch of turmeric
1tsp corn flour
Half tsp hing
Salt,curry leaves for taste
1 small cup oil
In a pan pour oil and heat well.
In a bowl put cooked rajma,chopped onion,green chillies,curry leaves,flours,masala powders and salt and mix well by adding enough water.
Mix should not be runny.After oil gets heated put the rajma mix slowly by making it into small balls
Fry thoroughly and place it in a tissue paper.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and a hot cup of coffee.
