1/2 bowl - Rava
1 bowl - Wheat flour
1/2 bowl - Pure Ghee
Dryfruits cut - Cashewnut, Almonds, Dry Dates (optional), Raisins
Powder of 5 - 6 cardamoms
1 bowl sugar
4 spoons of milk
In a thick bottomed vessel heat the ghee. add the rava and saute till light brown. Add the finely cut dryfruits. Saute for few mins and add the Wheat flour. Cook the mixture till a nice aroma is set in and the mixture turns light brown. Then add the sugar and mix it. Switch off the flame. Add the milk and mix it well. Let the mixture settle and cool down a bit. Once cooled, make small laddoos as per the size desired. Place the laddoos in an air tight container and relish them. The little one is surely going to enjoy the sweet bites.
