Raw Banana Porichathu/ Kelyache Kaap (crispy Raw Banana Snack)

This dish is one of my secret weapons when I have unexpected guests at home. Raw banana is easy to find at vegetable marts and I always keep a few handy as they last long. Raw banana fry as I call it, is a spicy banana snack shallow fried and needs minimal ingredients. Great accompaniment with any Indian meal.
