Red & Green Salad

For all the health lovers, a 5 minute salad recipe with the most basic of ingredients. Amazing dish, can be used as an appetizer for your parties, or have a full bowl for your meal, or as a side dish to your dinner menu :)

1 Big Apple
2 Medium sized Cucumber
1 Red Carrot
1 Red Tomato
1 Lemon
Salt - 3/4 Tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/8 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Flax seeds - 1 Tsp
Dice the apple, cucumber, carrot and tomato into cubes. Take them in a bowl and add all the ingredients.
Cover with a lid/plate and shake for 1-2 minutes. This will mix everything well & will make the salad juicy.
Garnish with some more flax seeds & enjoy your dose of health.
