Rosted & Masala Peanuts Without Microwave .
Roasted Salted Peanuts are a great time pass in winter season in India. You would see people chewing them everywhere. It is because, pea-nut’s inherent attributes make it hot (called taasir in common language) and hence people like to eat it more in winters. You can obviously eat it raw but what about roasting it and adding a bit of salt to add to its taste? If you have grown up in India, you would have certainly eaten the roasted salted peanuts from the street side pop-corn vendor who also sells peanuts. We are doing process in without Microwave.
For Masala Peanuts using little oil & some chatpate masale to make more spicy tasty .we can make masala pakoda , masala chaat also by this peanuts.
Ingredients:
Peanuts
Red chilly powder
Salt and oil
Directions:
Soak ground nuts in some salty luke warm water for 3 minutes.
Strain the water now and roast some rock salt in a heavy pan for 2 minute
now add the peanuts roasted salt and continue roasting for 5 more minutes till moisture dries .
We can add chilly powder during this step to get a spicy flavoured peanuts
