Fasting Recipe !
Sabudana : 1 Cup soaked for 3 hours
Potato : 2 medium Hard Boiled & Grated
Groundnut Powder : 1/4 Cup
Green chillies : 2-3 Finely Chopped
Cilantro Finely Chopped (Optional)
Salt as per taste
In a mixing Bowl, mix all the ingredients. Heat Tava on low flame. make a ball of the sabudana mixture place it on centre of tava and make pan cake with wet fingers.
Sprinkle Ghee. Insert fork at few places so it gets cooked well from within.
Flip side and cook till both sides are evenly brown.
Serve Hot with Curd.
