Besan - 250gms
Onion - 2
Tomatoes - 3
Green chillies - 2
Red chilly powder - 2tspn
Dhania powder - 1 1/2 tspn
Haldi - 1 tspn
salt to taste
Oil 2 tbspn
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
Jeera - 1tspn
Curd - 1tbspn
Take a vessel and fill it half with water and let it boil, meanwhile in a small vessel add besan,salt,jeera,little oil, red chilly powder, haldi, dhania powder, knead a soft dough. Roll it , and put them in the boiling water and let it cook for about 10 minutes.Remove and cut them into medium pieces. Keep aside.
In a mixer grind the tomatoes, onion , green chillies and curd with ginger garlic paste. Make a paste. In a kadhai take little oil and add the paste in it. Let it cook and add little red chilly powder, salt, coriander powder and haldi, cook it and then bhoono, then add the besan pieces and cook on slow flame for about 10 minutes add the water we used for cooking the besan pieces in the main masala and bhoono. If the gravy thickens add water if you want and keep it qagain for 5 minutes. Remove from gas and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Add kasuri methi and pinch of garam masala. before removing from gas.
