White dry pea - 500gm
Chopped onion - 1 cup
Chopped tomato- 2 cup
Chopped coriander leaves- for garnish
Grated ginger- 1 tablespoon
Garam masala-1/2 tablespoon
Half slit green chili-4 pieces
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Mango powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Water as required
Soak the peas about for 6 hrs. after that rinse the water.
Now take a pressure cooker and pour 1 liter water ,wait it to start boiling . Add peas,salt,turmeric powder,onion,ginger,green chili and red chili powder, Cover the lid of the cooker . wait for at least 4-5 whistle .
After that open the lid ,add tomato ,and garam masala and stir it well for 5 min. Then add mango powder and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve.
