Sada Sabudana Kheer(plain Pearl Sago Pudding)
Sabudana kheer is usually served in fast. It has a very cooling effect on body, has very low fat and calorie.
Sago (sabudana),soaked -1/4 cup
Milk - 5 cups
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Salt - a pinch
Heat the milk in a deep non stick pan.
Cook on low heat till the milk thickens a little.
Add the sabudana to the milk and cook, stirring, till the sabudana is fully cooked and the kheer thickened.
Add sugar and salt and mix it well . serve hot.
