1) POTATO - 7 boiled 2) TOMATO - 2 3) GREEN CHILLY - 1 4) GINGER - 1 small 5) GHEE - 1/4 cup 6) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/4 cup 7) BLACK SALT - 1/2 tsp 8) CORIANDER POWDER - 1 tbsp 9) KASHMIRI RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 tbsp 10) GARAM MASLA - 1/2 tsp 11) SALT - To
METHOD Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add ghee. When ghee is hot then add jeera, dry red chilly, asafoetida, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilly powder, tamato gravy. Mix them well. Cook it for 5-7 minutes by putting lid over it. Keep gas flame at low. Keep stirring in between of 2 minutes interval so that it dont stick to pan. Check after 7 minutes and if ghee started separating then add chopped potatoes. Add one potato smashed with hand so that gravy becomes thick. Then add black salt, garam masala, corinder powder and salt to taste. Add 1.5 cup of water and mix them well. Cook for 2 minutes by putting lid over it. Check after 2 minutes and if gravy is thick then it is ready. Turn off gas. Add coriander leaves and mix them well. Transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and enjoy very delicious taste with Paratha / Puri / Roti.
