Ingredients: 
• 1cup Wheat flour
• ½ cup ghee
• 1 tbsp rage flour
• 1 tbsp soya bin flour
• 1.1/2 thread sugar syrup
• Ghee or oil for dip frying
• 1 round ring mold for ghevar size
• Ice cube 7, 8
• ½ cup Milk
• Water for batter
Ingredients four sheer
• 500 ml.ful fat milk
• ½ tin Milkmaid
• 1 cup Wheat flour save
• ½ cup mix dry fruit
• 1 tbsp ghee
• 1 tsp cardamom powder & kesar
Directions: 
Ek bowl me ghee or ice cube le kar barabar fat lo
Ab ice cube bahar nikal do or ghee creamy hone tak fat lo
Ab dhire dhire flour,milk,water mila kar batter bana lo
Ab ek kadai me ghee or oil garam karo
Kadai me mold ring rakh kar bade spoon se ring ke beach me batter dal kar ghevar fry kar lo
Ab sugar syrup thoda dal do

serve kar ne ke liye serving dish me pahle ghevar rakh kar upper se sheer khurama dal kar serve karo sheer ghevar reedy to eat. agar sheer khurama ke sath nahi serve karna ho to thoda honey ke sath bhi serve kar sak te ho.
