Guys today I am sharing an easy recipe with you. If you are running out of time and super hungry then this dish is a saviour for you. Manytimes we have left over rotis in the kitchen so in this recipe you can always use the Rotis.
Kitchen king masala-1to2tsp
Red chilly powder-1tsp
Dhaniya jeera powder-1-2 tsp
Chaat masala-to sprinkle
Oil for frying
In a blender jar make a smooth paste of onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and chilli .
Heat oil in a pan and add hing in it.
Add the paste and saute for good 15-20minutes.
Till water evaporates.
Now the paste become thick.
Season the gravy with the salt, kitchen king masala and chilli powder.
Let it cool down completely.
Take a roti, spread the paste over it and fold it in half and again fold it in half.
Now the roti will form a triangle.
In a pan take some oil and fry the rotis till become golden fry and crispy.
Serve hot with chatni or ketchup.
Sprinkle some chat masala on rotis.
For kids grate some cheese on top of Rotis to make them appealing.
