South Indian Curd Rice :)

Curd rice is close to every south indian’s heart.South Indian Curd Rice is a humble delicacy prepared in most south Indian homes as the final dish to a meal. Made with rice, fresh yogurt and chana daal.

Ingredients: 
Boiled Rice 250 gm
Chana Daal 2 tablespoon
Curry Leaves 4 to 5
Black Mustard Seeds
Salt To Taste
Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
Curd 2 tablespoon
Green Chillies 2
Directions: 
First cook the rice in pressure cooker.
Take a pan put some oil,add green chillies,curry leaves and add mustard seeds.
When they start crackling add boiled rice and salt to taste,mix it well then add curd.
Keep it for 3 mins on gas then serve it hot with green chatni and fried green chillies.
