Madurai Spicy fish curry

Fish 3/4 kg, tomato 2 no, tamarind pulp 1/2 cup, raw mango 3 pieces, green chili 3 no, gingely oil 1/4 cup
FOR GRIND small onion 15 no, garlic 6 no, coconut 3 tbsp, pepper 1 tsp
red chili powder 1 1/2 tsp, coriander powder 2 tsp, required salt
First grind the given items in a fine paste. add tamarind water in a mixing bowl. mash the tomatoes in the tamarind water. then add green chili, red chili powder, coriander powder, ground paste and salt. mix it well.
heat the mix, when it starts boil and once the gravy cooks well then add mango pieces and fish one by one. once fish cooks well, switch off the flame. heat a pan with oil, once oil heats add fennel seeds. once seeds are popped add curry leaves. switch off the flame. add this seasoning to fish gravy.
