Spicy Fish Fry ( South Indian Style)
Its very easy to cook and also an healthier recipe.
Cleaned and washed fish pieces- 5
Ginger garlic paste- 1 ½ spoon
Turmeric powder- ¼ spoon
Chilli powder- 1 spoon
Pepper powder- ¼ spoon
Oil- for shallow fry.
1.Marinate the fishes with all masala powders given and wait for ½ hour.
2. Heat the tawa with some oil and tranfer the fishes when the oil gets heated in tawa.
3. Keep the stove in high flame for 2 minutes and lower the flame. Wait for 2 minutes and then turn the fishes upside down.
4 Fry the fishes in lower flame for 2 minutes.And take the fish pieces after it gets golden brown.
Keeep the stove in lower flame according to the instructions given.
