Spinach & Coriander Paratha

This paratha is very healthy & nutritious for kids and adults. Coriander and Spinach is high in iron content and so it is a great option for breakfast.

1 bunch Spinach
1 bunch Coriander
1 inch Ginger
1 Green Chili
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black salt
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1tsp Coriander powder
1tsp rosted Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Chat masala
A pinch of hing (Asafoetida)
2 tbs Oil
3 cups Whole Wheat flour
Make a smooth pest of spinach , coriander, ginger & green chili. Mix this pest into whole wheat flour and add all spices & 2 tbs oil. Make a soft dough keep it rest for 10 minutes .
Take a medium size ball from the dough , dust some flour and roll it make a circle shape or square whatever you like.
Place the paratha on a hot tava . When you see a bubble just flip it . Drizzle some oil or ghee on top of it .
Press the pratha's edges with the spatula apply oil other side also .
Flip it couple of time until it looks crisp and brown both side.
Do all the paratha same way.
Serve it with curd or pickle or any curries.
