Stuffed Idli

Bit different from the regular idli.
Here, Idli is stuffed with potato veggie tastes delicious.

Ready made Idli Batter : 500 grams
Potato : 3 Medium
Curry Leaves : Handful
Hing : A Pinch
Rai (Mustard) : 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves : 1 tbsp
Turmeric : 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Green Chillies (Optional)
Heat kadai. Add mustard seeds let them crackle, Add curry leaves, green chillies, a pinch of hing.
Add turmeric powder, saute, then add smashed potatoes and salt.
Saute for 2 minutes. Add coriander leaves. Make small flat tikki of the potato mixture.
Grease Idli plates. Add 1 tbsp batter, place aaloo tikki on the batter & again cover with 1 tbsp batter.
Steam for 12 minutes in medium flame. Once gas is off cool for 10 minutes. Scoop from Idli Plate cut into Half and serve with chutney.
