Ingredients: 
6 large tomatoes, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic,finely chopped
1 tbsp black peppercorns
An inch piece of cinnamon
2 green chillies finely chopped
1/4 cup cashewnuts roughly chopped
1/4 cup jaggery or sugar
1tsp red chilli powder
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Directions: 
In a heavy bottom pan add all the ingredients except jaggery,lemon juice and red chilli powder.
Cook it at medium flame by stirring it continously until the tomatoes have softened.
When the tomatoes soften,add sugar or jaggery,red chilli powder and continue cooking at medium flame until the tomato chutney thicknes.
When it thicknes turn off the stove. Add the lemon juice and stir. Check the salt and sweetness and spicy . And adjust to suit your taste.
