Paneer Cubes 10-15
Capsicum 1
Onion 1
Thick Curd (all water Drained) 1/2 Cup
Tandoori Masala 1 Tbsp
Sugar 1/2 Tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder 2 pinches
Pre heat oven to 250 degrees
In a bowl Mix curd, tandoori masala, ginger galic paste, sugar, salt, kasmiti red chili and mix well
Divide the mixture in two bowls. In one bowl add the fresh paneer cubes and marinate for 1-2 hrs
Chop the onions and capsicum in cubes and add them to the second bowl marinade and the veggies sit in this marinade with the paneer for 1-2 hrs
Soak the wooden skewers in water for half n hour
Now skewer the paneer, capsicum and onion one by one
Apply a little oil or butter to the grill
Place the skewers on the grill and cook in the over for 5 min on 200 degrees
After 5 mins, brush a little butter on the panner and turn
cook on other side for 5 more mins
It is ok if the paneer starts to char (blacken) a bit. This gives that tandoori flavor punch
Serve how with green chutney
