Tangy Green Mango Red Curry

Perfect side dish curry for festive seasons.This is a traditional tangy curry which I am sure you all will love..

Ingredients: 
2 chopped Green Mangoes
1tsp hing
1tsp pepper powder
3cups water
3 red chillies
Few coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1cup chopped onions
2tsp oil
Few mustards
Directions: 
In a pan pour oil and put mustard,curry leaves, saute green mangoes,onions,red chillies for 15minutes.
Then add water,salt,pepper and cook for 10minutes
Garnish with coriander leaves
Footnotes: 
You can add 1tsp of Kashmiri chilly powder for colour if needed
