Ingredients: 
Butter- 3 table spoon
Cuminseeds- 2 table spoon
Chilli garlic paste - 11/2 table spoon
Chopped onions- 1/2 cup
Chopped capsicum- 1/2 cup
Chopped tomatoes- 1 cup
Salt- to taste
Turmeric powder- 1/4 table spoon
Chili powder- 2 tablespoon
Pav bhaji masala - 4 table spoon
Cooked rice- 21/2 cup
Boiled green peas- 1/4cup
Chopped coriander- 1 table spoon
Water- 1/2 cup
Directions: 
Heat butter in a large tava.
Add cumin seeds and saute on medium flame till they crackle.
Add chilli garlic paste and onions, mix well and saute on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add capsicum, tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, pavbhaji masala and 1/2 cup water mix well and cook on medium flame.
Add the rice green peas and coriander, toss gently and cook on a medium flame.
Now we can serve tawa pulao with raitha and pappad.
Footnotes: 
In Tawa Pulao we can replace chilli garlic paste with red chilli paste.
