Chicken - 1 kg
Tomatoes - finely chopped 6
Ginger - juliennes 200gms
Red Chilly powder - 1 tbspn
Dhania powder - 2 tbspn
Salt to taste
Chilly sauce - 2tspn
Tomato sauce - 2 tspn
Oil - 2 tbspn
Coriander fresh - chopped.
Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly and fork it. In a kadhai take oil , add ginger, let it roast nicely then add the chicken mix well. Add the tomatoes chopped and all the dry spices together with salt , cover and keep it on slow flame for around 10 mins. stirring once.
Open the lid and check whether the chicken is cooked or not, then let the water of the chicken dry , when little water is left add the chilly sauce, tomato sauce, mix well. Keep it on full flame only and cook till the dish leaves oil on the sides . Garnish with coriander leaves.
Ginger makes the dish spicy, so you can add the spices according to your taste.
