Two Layer Kopra Pak Recipe | Instant Kopra Pak Recipe | Mawa and Rose Kopra Pak
INGREDIENTS 1) ROSE PETALS -1 CUP 2) MAWA - 1 CUP 3) COCONUT POWDER - 2 CUP 4) POWDER SUGAR -1 CUP 5) SUGAR - 1 TBSP 6) GHEE - 1 TBSP 7) CARDAMOM POWDER - 1 TSP 8) MALAI ( CREAME ) - 1 TBSP 9) PINCH OF PINK FOOD COLOUR 10) MILK - 1/2 CUP
METHOD Add rose petals in mixer jar , malai and 1 tbsp milk. Grind them in mixer to make petal paste. Put a pan on gas with medium flame. Add 1 tbsp ghee , petal paste and sugar. Roast it for around 2 min so that raw flame of rose petals is eliminated. Turn off gas and transfer to another plate. Put another pan on gas with medium flame and add ghee. Add mawa and roast for 1 min so that raw flavour of mawa is eliminated. When ghee started seperating from mawa the add coconut powder. Mix them well. Add powder sugar and mix them well. Add 1/2 cup milk. Mix them well. When mixture is thick and lumpy, turn off gas. Transfer half of mixture into mould with greased butter paper. Spread it bowl by tapping over it. Put pan with mawa on gas with low flame. Add roasted rose petal paste, pinch of pink food colour into half of mawa. Mix them well. Turn off gas. Transfer it over mawa layer in same mould. Spread it with help of bowl. let it cool down for 7-8 hours. Take out in a plate from mould . Cut borders with knife. Cut into rectangle shape. Delicious two layer Kopra pak is ready...Enjoy.
