Ingredients: 
Safed Urad dal ( polished Black lentil) - 100 gram( soaked in water for four hours)
Green Chilli - 3 pieces
Hing ( asafoetida) - 1/2 tablespoon
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoon
Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon
Big cardamom seeds - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 tablespoon
Oil - 3-4 tablespoon
(For Kachori)
Maida (refined flour) - 250 grams
Oil - for frying
Directions: 
Wash the urad dal and drain the excess water. Grind in into a paste.
Take ginger, green chilli, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and hing together and grind into a smooth paste
Heat about 3-4 tablespoon of oil in a karahi and fry the ground masala for 2 seconds. Add the dal and fry on medium heat for 6-7 minutes till the dal leaves the sides. The urad dal stuffing is ready.
For kachori take maida in a bowl. Add 3-4 tablespoon of oil and required amount of water and make the dough.
Cut equal size of rounds from the dough, fill it with urad dal stuffing and then roll it to make kachori.
Heat oil and fry the kachori till they turn light brown.
Serve with Aloo ki sabzi.

Add suji with maida to make it more tasty and healthy.
