Shabana Yasmin's Secret Indian Recipe !

Poppy seeds- 2 table spoons
Cococnut milk (thick )- 1 small cup(1/2 coconut)
Sugar- 1 cup
Elachis-3 numbers ( make it as scratches)
Cashew nuts – 15 numbers
1. Take small mixer jar and grind the poppyseeds, cashews (10 numbers) and make it as smooth paste. Sprinkle some water if needed while grinding.
2. Beat the eggs in mixer jar and pour the beaten egg in a bowl.
3. Now add the poppy seeds paste in the bowl containing eggs.
4. Add the coconut milk in the mixture and now ow add sugar to it.
5. Stir the mixture well with hand beater or spoon. Now add elachis and remaining cashewnuts.
6. Now double boil the mixture in pressure cooker and keep the bowl in cooker.
7. Make 5 whistles in higher flame and simmer the stove and cook it for 25 minutes.
Traditional and healthy egg vanadalapam is ready .It will become most favorite dish of your kids and all your family members.
