Veg Kheema (minced Vegetables)
Yummy, quick and healthy recipe.
50gm finely chopped Beans
50gm finely chopped Carrots
50gm finely chopped Capcicum
50gm finely green Peas
50gm grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
Grated Cheese as per taste
1 finely chopped Onion
1 finely chopped Tomato or puree
Salt - to taste
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Red Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
3 tablespoon milk or cream
2 tablespoon oil
1 tea spoon Cumin seed or jeera
Heat the oil in a pan and add jeera.
Put onions and cook it till it turns pink.
Add tomato or puree and cook it for further 1 mintue.
Now add salt and other powders and cook it for next 1 mintue.
Now add all the vegetables and mix it properly.
Add grated Paneer and Cheese and give a stirr.
Now add the milk or cream to give a smooth texture and cook for another 2 mintue.
Now its time to add salt and the garam masala. Cover and cook till the vegetables are done.
Plate it with coriander, grated paneer and grated cheese.
If require you can add ginger garlic paste while cooking the gravy.
