Veg Lollipop Recipe | Veggie Bites | Breakfast Recipe

Very delicious and instant breakfast recipe for your kids and guest. If you will watch this video, i am sure that you will try this recipe.

Ingredients: 
POTATO - 1 SMALL BOILED
CARROT GRATED - 1/4 CUP
CABBAGE - 1/4 CUP GRATED
CAPSICUM - 2 TBSP FINELYCHOPPED
FRESH BREAD CRUMS - 1 CUP
CHEESE CUBE- 2
CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/4 CUP CHOPPED
GREEN CHILLY - 1
GINGER - SMALL
SALT TO TASTE
Directions: 
Take boiled potato into abig bowl . Add grated cabbage in it. Add grated carrot, chopped capsicum,chopped coriander leaves, fresh bread crums, peri peri masala powder (if you don't have peri peri masala you can skip you can add chaat masala instead of it) add salt to taste, ginger and green chilly paste, oregano, grated cheeze (cheeze is optional you can also use paneer too)  mix well. Dough is ready now for making Bites . For making Bites take small lemon size of dough and make round shape like ball. Put ball into a plate. Prepare left over balls same way. Take corn flour into a bowl and add little  water and make thin slurry. Put ball into corn flour slurry and coat properly with slurry after than put into fresh bread crums plate and coat it properly with bread crums. Put oil for heat. When oil is heated add one by one ball in it. Fry till they become golden brown and crisp. Check balls if they became golden brown and crisp take out into a plate. Fry left over balls same way. Bites are ready now . Serve with green  chutney or tomato ketch up.....
