Vegetable Cutlets

Really yummy tea time snacks...

Ingredients: 
1cup mixed veggies (Potatoes, Carrots, Green peas)
5tsp Corn flour
1 egg
Salt
1tsp chillI powder
A pinch Turmeric
1 cup Oil
Directions: 
Boil the mixed veggies in 1 cup of water till they are almost done.
Then pour oil in pan. put the veggies and mix masalas and cook for 5minutes.
Let this cool. make small patties. Dip this in egg.and then to corn flour and deep fry.
