Vegetarian Beef Fry

This is an awesome beef fry for vegeratians! No joke.. please try thz recipe and then you will know it:-)

Ingredients: 
Soya Chunks- 1/2 Cup
Sliced Onion- 2 Nos
Ginger- Garlic Paste- 2 Tbspn
Chilli Powder- 1 Tbspn
Corriander Powder- 11/2 Tbspn
Turmeric powder 1/2 Tbspn
Garam Masala- 1 Tbspn
Meat Masala- 2 Tbspn
Salt- fot taste
Coconut Milk- 1 Cup
Curry Leaves- 5-6 Nos
Green Chilli- 2 Nos
Directions: 
Cook soya in 2 cups of water by adding some turmeric powder and salt.
When it gets boiled switch off the flame and squeese out all the water from cooked soya
Cut into small small pieces and keep aside
In a large kadai pour some oil and cook the sliced onion, chopped green chillies and curry leaves
When it becomes light pink add ginger-garlic paste.
After 4-5 minutes, add all the masalas and cook well
Now add the cooked soya and saute well so that the soya will get compleately coated with the masala
After 5-6 minutes,add thick coconut milk and saute well untilthe soya absorbs all the milk and becomes dry
Make it really dry by stirring continiously and serve hot with rotis or chappathis or rice
