Vitamin C Raita/ Amla Raita (gooseberry Raita)
Amla is a wonderful fruit because it has all the goodness required to maintain good health. It is an excellent source of vitamin C. Here I am sharing a simple side dish recipe wherein I have ground the amla in mixer and added to curd. But do not grind it to a fine paste. It should have a coarse paste like texture. If you want, you can also grate it. It goes well with roti and rice. So try to include it in your diet whenever possible.
