Vrat Wale Aaloo Ki Sabji

Don't have time & feeling hungry - Just 10 minutes, and prepare this very easy recipe for your meals while fasting... simplest of ingredients, and wonderful in taste.

Medium sized boiled potatoes - 5 pc
Water - 2 cup
Oil - 3/4 Tbsp
Jeera - 3/4 Tsp
Green chilli (finely chopped) -1
Ginger (grated) –1 inch
Black pepper powder - 1/8 Tsp
Sendha Namak - 2.5 Tsp
Take 5 medium boiled potatoes in a bowl, and mash them with hands into a mixture of big and small pieces.
Add 2 cup water into the mashed potatoes.
Heat 3/4 Tbsp oil in a pan & add 3/4 Tsp Jeera/Cumin seeds to it. Once it starts crackling, add 1 chopped green chilli and 1 inch grated ginger.
Saute everything for 30 seconds and add 1/8 Tsp black pepper powder to it.
Then add the potato and water mixture to the pan.
Add 2.5 Tsp Sendha namak (or as per your taste) to the pan.
Add handful of chopped coriander leaves, bring everything to a boil & turn off the flame. Add 1/4 pc lemon juice to the curry.
Serve hot with Kuttu ki pooris and enjoy your fast with this yummy treat.
