Wheat (atta ) Ka Halwa
Mom's best sweet dish which makes your day. This sweet confections served across the Middle East, South Asia, Central Asia, West Asia, North Africa,
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/2 cup ghee
3/4 cup sugar or jaggery
1 tsp elaichi powder
Heat the ghee in a pan, add the wheat flour, mix well and cook till the ghee separates. Add 2 cups of hot water, stir continuously and gradually add the jaggery or sugar. Add the cardamom powder, almond , mix well and cook for 5 minutes on a slow flame.
