Wheat Garlic Naan With Tawa And Oven

Healthy wheat garlic butter naan

Ingredients: 
Wheat flour 2.5 cups, maida 1/2 cup, yeast 1 tsp, salt, sugar 1tsp
chopped garlic 1/4 cup, chopped coriander 3 tbsp, butter
Directions: 
In a mixing bowl add yeast and sugar with warm water. mix it well. keep it in a warm place for 15 min. once yeast activates, in a mixing bowl add wheat flour, maida, required salt and yeast. make it in a sticky dove with water. keep it in a warm place for atleast 2 hours. after 2 hours dove is in double the size. then knead a dove with wheat flour. divide it in equal balls. for more please watch it in video.
