Ingredients: 
WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR - 1/2 CUP
POTATO - 2 FINELY CHOPPED
ONION - 1 FINELY CHOPPED
CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/4 CUP FINELY CHOPPED
GREEN CHILLY - 1 CHOPPED
SALT TO TASTE
OIL AS NEEDED
PINCH OF ASAFEATIDA
JEERA - 1 TSP
RED CHILLY POWDER
Directions: 
Preparation for batter Take whole wheat flour into a big bowl add chopped  capsicum,onion,coriander leaves,carrot,chick pea flour, salt to taste,red chilly powder,turmeric powder chopped green chilly   and add curd and 1/2 cup water mix well. Batter is thick now add 1/2 more cup of water and mix well keep medium consistency batter add baking soda in it and mix well . Put tava on gas with high flame for heat.Tava is heated now add 1- tsp oil on it and greece tava . Take batter with serving spoon and spread it with spoon . Give round shape like cheela and keep the medium slow . Cook for 3 to 4 minutes . Top layer of cheela get changed after 3 to 4 minutes flip cheela . Add 1- tsp oil edges of cheela .Cook it on low flame . Check cheela. you can see cheela is ready now.  Prepare left over cheela same way. Cheela are ready now to eat. Serve cheela with tomato ketch up or green chutney
