Yam Fish Kebabs

Boiled Yam- 500gms, Boiled boness Fish- 500gms,Browned onion paste- 4tsp, ,Cashewnut paste- 2 tsp, mustard paste- 2 tsp, salt to taste, Roasted Jeera powder - 1 tsp, White pepper powder - 1 1/2 tsp ,Yellow chilli powder - 1 tsp ,Roasted garam masala - 2
tsp, Ghee- 100gms, Aam papad - 1 bar , chopped ginger , Chillies ,Prunes, Apricot & Lemon juice - 2 tabs
First mixed the boiled yam & fish with browned onion paste, cashewnut paste,mustard paste , salt, roasted jeera powder, white pepper , yellow chilli & roasted garam masala powder.Then shapes them into balls. Then prepare the filling by mixing aam papad with chopped ginger, green chillies ,prunes,apricot & lemon juice.The mix goes into each ball, which is then flattened and shallow fried into Kebabs..
