Since childhood, I've always been inclined towards the arts ; both as a performer and consumer. And I see cooking as an art form that can also steal millions of hearts :) It's only when I started cooking for my family, did I realize the importance of discipline and micro-level planning that cooking requires ; to be able to decide what to cook, be motivated to cook it with love, and to get it out on time ! Hence this blog, which is focused on traditional recipes for everyday cooking. Simple, healthy dishes that go well with our busy lifestyles. This blog is dedicated to all those women who put in so much time and energy to cook delicious food daily with passion. A MSc. in psycho-social rehabilitation in mental health, and a diploma in Montessori education from AMI, my passion is to work with children.
