Channa Dal(split Bengal Gram) Pakoda

Besan pakora is a common teatime snack in Odisha. My mom taught me to use Channa dal for making pakoras. Channa dal is soaked in water for 3-4 hours and then is grounded into besan. It is more tasty, crunchy and healthy than packaged besan.
