Ingredients: 
1 cup Chickpead
1 cup Lima beans or any beans
1 Onion
1 Capsicum
1 Egg
3 spoons Corn Flour
3 spoons Chili Powder
Salt
Breadcrumps
Oil
1 cup coriander leaves
Directions: 
1. Soak, boil and mash chickpeas or any beans. 2. Add nicely chopped onions,capsicum,coriander leaves and egg. 3. Mix Corn flour, chili power and salt. 4. Make patties and dust with bread crumps then shallow fry. 5. Crispy protein packed cutlet ready.
