Chicken Lajawab

Chicken...aaha the favourite of many of us...every dish of it taste like heaven. So here is my recipe of chicken - a mix of Mughlai and western style chicken..You must have had butter chicken, masala chicken and chicken tikka, chicken kawab etc but this creamy blend of chicken will surely add this recipe to your list of chicken delights..

Boneless chicken 250 gms
cumin seeds 1 tsp
Onions (finely chopped) 2
Tomato( finely chopped) 2
chilli powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
cumin seeds powder 1/2 tsp
Kassuri methi 1/2 tsp
butter 60gm
fresh cream 50 gm
oil and salt accordingly
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry cumin seeds and chopped onions until the onions turn golden brown.
After this add chopped tomato and cook well until it separates water
Now add garam masala, cumin seed powder, chili powder and kassuri methi. mix well
Add the boneless chicken pieces and salt cook on a low flame for 10-15 min
When it is post 15 mins, high the flame and add butter and cream
Mix well and cook
Serve hot with fried rice
