Tea time Snack Recipe

Maida-1 cup
Rice Flour-1/4 cup
Sooji-1 tbspn
Chicken breast
Chana Dal(soaked in water)-2 tbspn
Ginger (1 inch) and Garlic (4-5 cloves)
Green Chillies-2
Red Chilly Powder(pinch)
Turmeric Powder(pinch)
Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tbspn
Jeera Powder-1/4 tbspn
Refined Oil
Chicken Puff Recipe CHICKEN FILLING (1).Heat oil in pan and add finely choped onion,garlic,ginger and green chillies and stir fry till it turns golden brown in colour (2).Now in microwave bowl put chicken breast and soaked chana dal ( chicken quantity should be more than chana dal) add salt and water then put it in microwave for 12-15 min at high temparature (3).Now using mixer grinder or handy mini chopper grind chana dal roughly(not smooth) and add it with masala in frying pan then grind the shreded chicken pieces roughly(not smooth)and add it in frying pan with masala and chana dal.Now add salt,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,jeera powder and garam masala powder and stir fry for few min (4).When cooked properly put the filling in a bowl PUFF DOUGH (1).Take Maida in a bowl add rice flour(1/4 of maida) and add sooji in it .Now add refined oil,salt and kalonji and make a soft dough (2).Now make a maida roti and in one end (1/4 part of circular roti) fill the prepared stuffing and roll it and stick it by applying water in the ends and in the remaining part make straight cuts using knife (exclude the boundary line).Now roll the roti from the filling side and turn it circular like ring and stick the ends applying water chicken puff is ready to fry (3).Take a plate and grease it with oil and place the chicken puffs in it (4).Now heat oil in pan and deep fry till golden brown serve hot and crispy with sauce/chutney
